Any information provided on the Website is intended as a guide only and should not be construed as a substitute for professional medical advice. Provider information may be obtained directly from Providers or publicly available sources. We do not independently clinically validate every item and do not guarantee the suitability of a Provider or treatment for you. A catalog listing is not confirmation of availability in every destination, effectiveness or eligibility.

If you decide to engage a practitioner or Provider, undertake your own research and consult your doctor or primary healthcare provider before proceeding. MedWellGo.com is a website for individuals seeking to access medical services (“Clients,” “Your” or “You”) and Providers situated around the world who provide related Services. MedWellGo.com facilitates introductions between Clients and Providers through the Website www.MedWellGo.com. MedWellGo.com is not a healthcare provider and does not manage or deliver clinical treatment. Your agreement for medical services is with the relevant Provider. Any separately offered coordination service must have its own clear scope and terms.

Information is intended to help you conduct your own research. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify MedWellGo.com and its representatives against reasonable third-party claims, losses and costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website or infringement of third-party rights. This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or override mandatory consumer protections.

Consumers may submit eligible disputes to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi), depending on the nature and value of the dispute and current applicable rules. Monetary thresholds and procedural requirements change; verify the current official requirements when applying.

Consumers may apply to the relevant competent body in accordance with applicable Turkish laws and regulations, including rules concerning their place of residence or where the transaction was carried out. This section does not represent a Consumer Court as an out-of-court arbitration mechanism or remove any mandatory application or mediation requirement.
